Crystals of The Week 2025

Hey guys, I thought I would put together a wee post highlighting our Crystals of the week. These will be end of month posts and we have some catching up to do. 🤭

 

Here were our Crystals of the week in 2025!

 

Black Obsidian

Great For: Protection, Transmutation, Shadow Work, Advanced Dream Work, Empowerment

Geological Fact: Black Obsidian is a naturally occuring volcanic glass formed when felsic lava cools rapidly with minimal crystal growth creating its signature glassy appearance.

 

Volcano Agate

Great For: Grounding, Strength, Resilience, Emotional Stability, Courage, Change

Geological Fact: A banded variety of Chalcedony (micro-crystalline Quartz) formed as silca-rich fluid filled cavities in volcanic rock creating layered patterns over time.

 

Ocean Jasper

Great For: Emotional Balance, Stress, Healthy Relationships, Patience, Positivity, Happiness, Creativity

Geological Fact: A silicified Rhyolite (Jasper) with orbicular and banded formations created through volcanic processes that allow Quartz and minerals to crystallise in flowing patterns.

 

Moonstone

Great For: New Beginnings, Divine Feminine Energy, Intuition, Psychic Abilities, Emotional Balance, Calm

Geological Fact: Moonstone is a potassium aluminium silicate feldspar mineral, prized for its adulatescence (the glowing sheen across its surface). 

 

Chalcedony

Great For: Communication, Healing Support, Unwanted Energy Removals, Communication, Nurture, Harmony

 

Geological Fact: Chalcedony is a cryptocrystalline form of silica and is primarily composed of very fine inter growths of Quartz and Moganite.
