Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, and another 14 days to return the item once your return is approved.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged securely with all original contents. You’ll also need proof of purchase (such as your order number).

Please do not send any items back without first contacting us. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll confirm next steps. Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty and this has been confirmed with a valid unboxing video showing the damage occurred during shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. In the case of damage during shipping, an unboxing video is required to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Without video proof clearly showing the damage occurred in transit, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Custom-made pieces

  • Crystal confetti or freebies

  • Posters, T-shirts or art prints of any kind(as these are made to order)

  • Items missing original packaging or showing signs of use

We also cannot accept returns for gift cards or sale items.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to request a return for your original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
