At Meowgical Stones, we aim to ensure your order reaches you safely and as swiftly as possible. Please read the following Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
If you require urgent dispatch, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to assist.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We only use tracked shipping services to ensure the security of your parcel.

United Kingdom:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 (depending on selection)

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch

International Shipping (Select Countries):
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand using Royal Mail International Tracked.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 working days after dispatch

  • Customs delays may occasionally extend this timeframe

If your country is not listed, feel free to contact us to check availability.


3. Tracking and Delivery Issues

All orders are shipped with tracking. If you do not receive tracking details within 4 working days of ordering, please contact us at info@meowgical-stones.com.

If your parcel appears delayed:

  • UK customers: Contact us if it has not arrived within 10 working days from dispatch.

  • International customers: Please allow 20 working days before reporting a parcel as lost.

We will initiate an investigation and advise next steps.


4. Incorrect Addresses and Missed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is not collected in time, we can resend it — however, a new shipping fee will apply.

We are not responsible for lost parcels where the address provided was incorrect.


5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes charged by their local authorities. These are not included in your order total.

Meowgical Stones is not liable for any delays or charges resulting from customs processing.


6. Packaging

We ship all items in eco-conscious packaging designed to be both protective and environmentally responsible. Wherever possible, we use recyclable, compostable, or reusable materials.

If you have special packaging requests (e.g. gift wrap or discreet packaging), please contact us before placing your order.


7. Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs immediately and retain all original packaging. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, an unboxing video is required that clearly shows the damage occurred during shipping.

Without a video, we are unable to process damage claims.
