Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK orders usually arrive in 3–5 working days. International delivery typically takes 7–14 working days. You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships.

Please note: If your order includes posters, prints or tees, these items are shipped separately, directly from our print partner. Your order may arrive in multiple parcels.

Do you offer tracked shipping only?

Yes — to keep things safe for everyone. Tracked shipping protects both you and us if something goes missing or gets damaged in transit.

Why is shipping so expensive?

We use Royal Mail for almost all orders because they’re reliable, careful with parcels, and offer tracking that actually gets your package to your door. For larger or heavier orders, we may use another trusted courier — but only ones we know will handle your crystals with care. We’ve tried cheaper couriers in the past, but too many parcels ended up everywhere except the customer’s door… we won’t name names, but you probably know who we mean.

We also want to be upfront — we don’t profit from shipping. The price you pay is simply what we’re charged to get your order to you safely, without any corners cut. If you’re placing an especially large order, drop us a message first and we’ll manually check to see if there’s a cheaper rate we can offer for your delivery.

What if my parcel is late or stuck in transit?

If this time has passed and your order still hasn’t arrived, please contact us and we’ll investigate.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship within the UK and to select international destinations. Some restrictions may apply based on local regulations.

How are shipping costs calculated?

We calculate shipping fees based on Royal Mail’s official rates to ensure fair and accurate pricing. Shipping costs vary depending on your order’s weight, size, and destination.

For larger or international orders, shipping charges may be higher to reflect the actual cost of delivery. If your order is especially large or heavy, we may contact you to discuss the best shipping options.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your returns policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, just contact us with your order number.

Are there any items I can't return?

Yes — some things can’t be returned.

This includes custom pieces, freebies or crystal confetti, posters or art prints (as they’re made to order), and anything damaged or missing its original packaging.

Do I need to pay return shipping?

If the item is not faulty, return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.

If the item is damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping — but only if you provide an unboxing video clearly showing the damage occurred during transit.

Damaged items will not be refunded or replaced if no unboxing video is provided.

What if I entered the wrong address or didn’t collect my parcel?

If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or wasn’t collected in time, we can resend it — but you’ll need to cover the new shipping costs.

Crystals & Product Info

Are your crystals real?

Yes — all of our crystals are genuine. We work only with trusted suppliers who provide natural and carefully sourced stones. If any crystal is heat-treated or man-made (like aura quartz or opalite), we’ll always make that clear in the product description.

Are your crystals ethically sourced?

We do our very best to ensure our crystals are ethically sourced. While we’re not involved in the mining process ourselves, we work only with suppliers we trust — ones who share our values around fair treatment and responsible sourcing.

That said, nothing can be 100% guaranteed in this industry — but we care deeply about doing things the right way and choose our sources with that in mind.

Are your crystals cleansed before shipping?

Yes! Every crystal is energetically cleansed and packed with good vibes before it leaves us. We use a mix of sound, selenite, and intention-setting, Smoke cleansing available upon request (plus a few supervising cats).

Can crystals replace medical treatment?

No — our crystals are spiritual tools, not medical ones. They are intended for personal use, meditation, or energy work and should never replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
